Residual Insecticide with Lambda Cyhalothrin

Advance Carpenter Ant Bait from Whitmire Micro-Gen is a pesticide specifically targeted to kill carpenter ants, indoors as a spot treatment and outdoors as a spray. The bait contains all the nutrients that would attract ants, and the delayed-effect active ingredient Abamectin B1 gives the poison a chance to spread through the whole ant colony.

The bait is even more effective in combination with a bait gel like the Maxforce Ant Bait Gel, and less effective with other sprays and insecticides that may create a repellent effect and lead ants to avoid the bait.

The active ingredient is a neurotransmitter inhibitor that disrupts the nervous system of an insect, typically, within 24 hours. By then, the queen and larvae will have had the time to ingest the bait, and the whole nest will be eliminated.
